It's finally completed

After a long time, so very long, over a year, in fact, Quick Forward, or QFWR.com, is finally out. For those of you that don't know, QFWR is a free url shortening service that can convert a long url into a short one. Try it out for yourself at the website. I can hardly believe this day that I would actually open the service to public. Funny thing is that I only started working on this again recently, and the only things I kept from last time were the logo and domain name, of course. But even the logo has been modified, to keep it in sync with the new template and all.

Well I'm both glad and relieved that QFWR has made it thus far. Now it's time to advertise it, and see how far it can really go.

A minor interlude

I must apologize for not posting here often enough. It's just that these times are really busy and there's nothing much I feel like updating. Well I thought I'll probably just remove the blogger bar since it's not against blogger's TOS. That way this blog won't accidentally get flagged or something. Anyway it's my term break again so I'm looking forward to rolling out some new stuff onto the web. Stay tuned periodically, I will post updates when the time is right. The next big thing I'm currently working on is Quick Forward, which I've put off over a year but finally started on it. I'll explain more when it's done.

For now just hold on to your seats, and prepare for a wild ride.

Nothing, Really

A big apology to anyone who has been anticipating the update of this blog. Truth is, I highly doubt that I'll ever update this blog in the near future, or even at all for that matter. Guess I've given up on those PHP projects and such, instead i'm now working my way to generating income with adsense. You may want to take a look at some of my niche blogs, like How to Get Better Sleep , Gardening for Beginners and Fun Stuff to do on the Computer. Don't hesitate to leave comments here though, because I do (and will continue to) check back here regularly.

Hiatus

Well as you probably know, things didn't really work out exactly as planned, feederbox is still unreleased and the hosting is pretty much laying to waste.

There's been a lot coming and going around lately and many people seem to have forgotten about feederbox already.

If you happen to be one of those who didn't, who still faithfully check this page for updates, then drop me an email message saying how much you want feederbox. It might just be enought to motivate me to upload the service.

Hosting Plan Extended, Feederbox Coming Soon

We are proud to announce that we have decided to stay with our current webhost, and we have extended our hosting plan for one year.

Now that that is settled, we will be doing finishing touches on feederbox and hopefully, it will be up and running by the end of this month.

Official opening of website blog

Well this marks the official opening of the Repeated Monotony / 8c8 blog for the actual website. Updates and news will be posted here, check occasionally for upcoming events.

A brief of what has been going on so far:

• 8C8 has a webhost, internetforall, which hosts the website.
• Repeated monotony owns 2 domains, 8c8.org and qfwr.com
• Feederbox is nearly ready for public release, which is scheduled about 2 weeks from now
• QFWR is on hold, but will undergo development in the near future.
• HCH has unlinked his personal blog from the website.
• About section is ready.
